Huntsman Advanced Materials manufactures the FLUOROLUBE® brand of fluorinated oil and grease, a chemical resistant lubricant for applications with strong acidic and/or oxidizing, corrosive environments. FLUOROLUBE® is a long-lasting lubricant for use with metallic surfaces (except copper, aluminum, and magnesium) that require stability and performance in corrosive environments.
Available in a wide range of viscosities, FLUOROLUBE® fluorinated grease and oils are sold worldwide where corrosion-resistant lubricants are required. Consistent maintenance and lubrication of machinery and equipment with FLUOROLUBE® extends life cycle and increase up-time, avoiding failures. This family of chemically inert grease and oils are ideal for a variety of applications that require oil resistant to harsh chemicals.

Properties of Fluorolube® Corrosion Resistant Oil & Grease
Fluorolube® oils are liquid lubricants that deliver long-lasting, corrosion resistant lubrication. They are saturated, hydrogen-free, low-molecular-weight polymers of chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE) that combine high-temperature performance, non-flammability and chemical inertness under many demanding conditions. Available in a range of viscosities, Fluorolube® oils are compatible with chlorine, oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, red fuming nitric acid and other strong oxidizing agents, and are nonflammable.
