Gabriel acquires the Phenoxy Resin business from InChem Corporation
Ashtabula, OH – Gabriel Performance Products, LLC, a U.S.-based specialty chemicals company, announces the acquisition of InChem Corporation’s proprietary Phenoxy Resin business.
Based in Rock Hill, SC, the business manufactures Phenoxy Resins, which are distinguished by their clear, tough and flexible characteristics. Phenoxy Resins are used in coatings, inks, composites, tires, carbon fibers, and numerous other products. The Phenoxy Resin product line includes solid resins in pellet and powder form, waterborne, and solvent solutions. These products are sold both directly and through distributors to customers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
